Steps to make Khaman dhokla:
  1. Take besan & rava add curd and required amount of water. Pouring consistency. Keep it overnight.
  2. Next day in batter add green chilli paste, turmeric,salt, sugar and eno fruit salt.
  3. Mix it well & pour the batter on greeced thali / plate. Steam dhokla for 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. For vaghar take oil add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, asafoitida, turmeric and curry leaves. Pour this on steamed dhokla. Garnish with Coriander leaves
