  11. Take a pan add 02 tsp oil and 01 tsp mustard. Let it crackle
  12. Add pinch of hing, curry leaves, 01 tbsp sugar
  13. 01 tsp lemon juice, 1/4 tsp salt and 02 slit chillies
  14. Now add1/4 cup water and bring to boil.
  15. Cut dhokla in which ever shape you want and pour tempering over it.
  16. Wait for 05min so that tempering gets soaked completely and then serve.
