  17. Take 1 tsp white sesame (optional)

Steps to make Khaman Dhokla:
  1. Soak all the pulses and rice for at least 2 hours.Grind in fine paste as well.Try to make a thick paste.
  2. Mix all in a big bowl.Add salt,turmeric powder,chilli,hinger-garlic paste and curd as well.Mix nicely and keep for 30 minutes too rest.
  3. Now add fruit salt,instant mix it and transfer into greased tin.Bake it for at least 30 minutes in steamer.
