  3. Now take a pressure cooker put one stand inside it and place on plate over it and preheat it. Once the water starts boiling turn the flame low. Now take the batter add eno and mix it, do not overmix. Add little water if required batter should be of pouring consistency but not much thin.add this batter into greased katoris.
  4. Now place these katoris on your preheated plate. Put lid on pressure cooker do not close but cover it. Dhokla will be ready in 15-20 mins.after 15 mins check if the toothpick comes out clean, katori dhoklas are ready. Take the katoris out and let them get cold properly. With the help of knife scrap from all the sides and flip the katoris on a plate. Very soft and spongy Dhoklas will come out.
  5. Now make tempering in a pan add 1 tsp oil crackle cumin seeds and mustard seeds and add handful fresh curry leaves and sugar and water and boil the mixture. When serve these Dhokla sprinkle a very good amount of this tempering water. Serve with chutney, ketchup or curd.
  6. Very soft and spongy Dhokla is ready to serve
