  3. Keep steamer ready - Grease a pan and pour batter in it - keep the pan in the steamer - Steam it fr 15-20 minutes or till it’s done
  4. For seasoning - Take oil in a small pan add mustard seeds - When they splitter add green chillies and asafoetida - Add little sugar and 1 cup water - Let it boil
  5. Once Dhokla is done check with a skewer - Let it cool completely - Remove in a plate
  6. Pour the seasoning over the Dhokla - Enjoy with tea
