  4. After that in batter add baking soda mix it well for 1 min in one direction rotating only.
  5. Then take grease tin pour whole batter in it then place in kadhai cover the full kadhai and steam for 12-15 mins in medium flame.
  6. After 12 mins please check with knife when knife comes clean then switch off the flame
  7. Cool it for 5-10 min then cut into pieces.
  8. Then make tadka for it.
  9. Take one pan add switch on the gas add oil in a pan,then add mustard seed when mustard seed splutter then add green chilli, curry leaves cook for 10 sec then add water on it then boil sugar for 1 min then switch off the gas now.
  10. Cool for 2 mins then add tadka on dhokla all over it garnish with coriander leaves and pomegranate
