- In a bowl add gramflour curd and water.
- Mix well and make a smooth batter
- The batter should be in thick consistency.
- Add salt and set aside from 1 hour.cover with a lid.

- Add half of lemon juice eno and mix well.pour the batter in a greased microwave pan and microwave it fr 4 Min or till done.
- Cool fr some times and cut into big pieces
- Heat oil in a pan.add Oil..add mustard seeds and curry leaves.. allow to splitter..then add 1/2 cup water 1 TSP sugar and half lemon juice.
- Remove and pour it over dhokla garnish it with coconut and coriander leaves
