  4. Cover with the lid and stem for 10 min. When a little cool, cut in to square shape and keep in a serving plat.
  5. Heat remaining oil in a small pan. Add the mustard seeds. when seeds the begin to crekel. Remove and pure the Dhokla.
  6. Served garnishd with chopped coriander leves and screpd coconut.
  7. Now ready to eat khaman dhokla.
