  3. Blend the tomatoes, peppers and garlic…put in a pot together with the palm oil and steam until all water dries up
  4. Add 6cups of water And the three-quarters done beans.leave to boil for about 30mins
  5. After 30mins of boiling,pour the rice,salt and Maggi and leave for 10mins
  6. Now,add the fried fish and onions and leave untill the water dries up
  7. Palm oil jollof rice is ready
  8. Serve with any juice of your choice
  9. Wash the rice thoroughly and set aside
  10. Blend the tomatoes, peppers and garlic…put in a pot together with the palm oil and steam until all water dries up
  11. Add 6cups of water And the three-quarters done beans.leave to boil for about 30mins
  12. After 30mins of boiling,pour the rice,salt and Maggi and leave for 10mins
  13. Now,add the fried fish and onions and leave untill the water dries up
