  5. Now in a batter add baking soda, mix it and pour it in the tin. Allow it to cook for 25minutes.
  6. For seasoning, take 1tsp oil, heat it up. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chillies sugar,lemon and water. Boil it once.
  7. Now take out the tin. Allow it to cool and seasoning also. After that add seasoning, coriander leaves.

It is served as a teatime snack or 'farsan' as they say in Gujarati with a variety of sweet and spicy chutney.
