The ingredients needed to make Sprouts idli:
  1. Take 1 cup sprouts
  2. Take 1 cup fermented urad dal paste
  3. Get 1/2 cup soaked rawa
  4. Take as per taste Salt

Idli has occupied a very important place in Southern part of Tamilnadu. The softness of idli lies in the selection of rice and black gram (Ulunthu/Urad dhal).   1. Take 1 cup of urad dal soak it for 8 hour then blend it, make a smooth paste and rest it for another 8hr for fermentation. Blend the sprouts into a smooth paste. Soak the rawa in water for overnight. Mix rawa, urad dal paste, sprout paste and salt. Mix them well.
  2. Grease the idli mould with oil or ghee. Pour the batter in it. Steam it for 15 mins in a low - medium flame.
