  10. take the bacon and put on top of the cheese. if you don't want the bacon hanging out the sides snap the bacon in half
  11. if adding pieces of onion top with a small amount
  12. try to keep the the stuffed things as much in the middle of the pattie as you can so nothing leaks out
  13. take a second pattie put on top and seal around the edges so that nothing is sticking out.
  14. repeat for each burger. you can also leave out one or two things for the middle if you like
  15. get out buns and any topping you want to add after cooking them
  16. cook until done on both sides unless you like more rare.
  17. serve with any sides you like and enjoy!
