Instructions to make Keema dopiaza:
  1. Warm up the oil, and fry the onions until golden brown.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook for a minute.
  3. Add minced beef, tomatoes, ginger and garlic paste, garam masala, red chili powder, cumin and salt (to taste), beef stock and stir well. Simmer for 10-15 minutes on low heat.
  4. Once the water from the mince evaporates, add frozen peas and yoghurt, stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Finally, add coriander and green chilis and cook for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Serve with rice (brown, white, pilau or wild), OR with naan bread or chapati roti.
