  1. Pan main oil Dal ka Garam Kar lein aur. zeera Dal dein aur oinon Dal ka light brown Kar lein.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
  3. Qeema Dal ka bhoon lein Qeema ka colour white ho tu red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder,salt dal dein aur mix kar lein.
  4. Tomatoes aur green chilli Dal ka 15 minutes ka liya dam main rakhy Pani nahi dalna.
  5. Tomato soft ho Jaye tu achay sy bhoon lein aur green coriander leaves aur lemon juice Dal ka mix kar lein.
  6. Garam Masala Powder sprinkle Kary.
  7. Paratha, roti or naan ka saath serve Kary.
