  5. Jab keema thora bhun jaye to usme shimla mirch add krden.
  6. Phir usme tamater add karden.aur bhunain k oil upar ajaye.
  7. Cover dhak k dam pe rakhen jab tak k shimla mirch aur tamatar na gal jayen.last me garm masala upar se chirhak den.
  8. Now Dish is ready for serve.Dishout..
