  4. Ab isi oil mein Lehsan dal ke 1-2 mint tak fry karen,
  5. Then is mein tamater dal ke 2-3 mint tak fry karen ta ke tamater gall jaey,
  6. Jab tamater gal Jaen to is mein qeema, namak, lal mirch,
  7. Haldi dal ke mix karen, or 3-4 mint tak bhunen,
  8. Phir is mein fry ki hue pyaz dal ke 3-4 mint mazeed pakaen,
  9. Phir is mein fry kiye Huey karelay dalen or mix karen, or 2-3 mint tak pakaen,
  10. Mix karne ke baad is mein imli ka pani dalen or 1/2 glass pani dalen, then mix Karen,
  11. Or 5-6 mint tak dam pe rakh dein,
  12. Phir is ko dish out Karen or dahi ke sath paish Karen. Mazeedar Karelay qeema taiyar hai.
