  3. Tomato KO patle Patle slice ma cut karle jab qeema bhun jai to us ma tomato or all spices add kar ke 5 min pakaen jab tomato melt hojai to qeema KO achi tarah spices ke sath bhoon le phir us ma 1 cup water add kar ke pakaen.
  4. Jab pani khushk hojai to qeema ma po tato add kar ke bhoon le phir 1 cup water add kar ke potato ke gal Jane or pani khushk hone take pakaen.
  5. Jab pani khushk hojai or potato gal jai to us ma adrak,green chilli or hara dhania daal De or Thora sa pees hua garam masala add kar ke 5 min dam Pe rakhde. After 5 min flame off karde.
  6. Mazedaar aloo qeema tayyar…
  7. Serve with chapati.
