  3. Ab tamator dalen, dahi dalen or achi trha bhoon lain.
  4. Karelay cheel kar 1 tbsp namak laga kar rakh dain, phir achi trha dho lain, karwa pani nikal jaye.
  5. 1/4 cup oil mein medium aanch py Karelay fry karen, phir nikal lain or usi oil mein Pyaz slice ki hui ko fry karen ke Pyaz ka color change ho jaye or moisture dry ho. Lekin Pyaz khara rakhna hai.
  6. Karelay or Pyaz qeema mein add karen or dum dy dain bilkul thora sa Pani daal kar. Karelay b naram ho jaen gay or oil b nikal eye ga.
  7. Green chilli or dhaniya daal kar GaramGaramserve karen.
