  3. Take 2 lauki chopped

  8. Take 1 tsp sambhar masala
  9. Get 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

Instructions to make Sambhar:
  1. Take the pressure cooker add water and all vegetables,salt and cook it.Take the fry pan and heat the oil and add mustard seeds and garlic and saute it.
  2. Now add the onion puree and tomato puree and soute it.Now add salt, red chilli powder, sambhar masala and mix well.
  3. Now add the mixture in it and mix well and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Sambhar is ready and serve it with idli.
