  4. Now open the lid stir the keema then add water 💦, again cook for 30 minutes in low flame and cover it
  5. Now after 30 minutes check the keema., if it has water then cook for 5 to 10 minutes until the water dried out
  6. When keema is ready,oil comes out then add 1 tbsp of 🧈 butter
  7. Now heat the coal and make a katori of foil paper, if coal is hot open the lid of keem put the katori of hot coal drizzle the oil on top cover it immediately, smoke the keema about 3 minutes
  8. Now keema is become ready to serve
  9. It can be garnish with green chilli 🌶 Corriender,julienne ginger and onions 🧅 rings also and don’t for get to add half lemon slices.
  10. Keema is serve with mint raita and roti or naan
