  2. Boil dal with salt
  3. Heat oil in pan add hing fenugreek seeds cumin seeds mustard seed crackle it add tomatoes puree cook it
  4. Mix in dal add tamarind pulp mix it and add Jaggery boil it add curry leaves and sambhar masala boil it serve with idli dosa uttappam I had with idli and chutney
