- Onion brown ho jaye tu keema add krein aur colour change hone tak bhone
- Colour change ho jaye tu ginger garlic paste add krein aur bhon lein
- Phir red chilli powder, coriander powder, Tarmiric powder, salt add krein aur thora pani add kar ke ache sy bhon lein
- Oil alag ho jaye tu 1/2 cup pani add kar ke slow flame par pakain 10 min tak
- 10 min baad tamat dal kar ache sy bhon lein phir allu cube main cut kar ke add krein aur ache sy bhon lein phir 1 cup pani add kar dein take allu gal jain
- Allu gal jaye tu pesa garam masala, hari mirch, hara dhanya chopped kar ke 2 min ke liye dam laga dein mazedar keema allu ready hai
