- Prepare 1 tsp sambhar masala
- Take 2 tbs oil

- Take 1/4 tsp rai
- Make ready 1/4 tsp jeera
- Prepare 1 pinch Hing
- Make ready 2 whole dried red chilli
- Get 3 tbsp imli pulp
- Prepare Some sugar acoding to your test
- Make ready 2 tb fresh green coriander
It is popular in South Indian and Sri Lankan cuisines. Just before serving warm up sambhar, immerse vadas and let soak for two minutes. Steps to make Sambhar vada:
- For vada:-. Soak udad daal for 5-6 hr. Grind it without water. Then again keep it farmantaion for 8hr.
- Now take udad daal add salt.jeera, soda, onion, green chilli.mix it well.
- Apply some water from the bowl on both your hands. Take some batter in your right hand from the bowl.give it a round shape. With your thumb make a hole in the center.
- Heat oil in pan. Once the oil because hot, pour the medu vada into the hot oil.cook on medium flame. Drain medu vadas on kitchen tissue to remove excess oil.
- For sambhar:-. Wash Dal, vegetables and cook in pressure cooker with 3cups water for 3-4 whistles. Take pan. Heat oil. Add hing, jeera,and Rai, add curry parts and dry red chilli. Add ginger garlic.add chopped onion then add tomatoes and drum sticks. Add all masala powder. Sprinkle some water on masala. Fry it nicely on low flame.
- Add boil Dall with vegetables mix it add 1 glass of water add salt.add imli pulp and some sugar.cook it for 10 minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander.serve it with vada.
