Instructions to make Sambhar:
  1. Firstly boiled all veggies except onion and tomato.
  2. Take a pan heat oil add fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds add onion cook it till them soft now add tomato after 5 min add all spices cook it well.
  3. Now add boiled veggies pour it and little beat it mix it well.
  4. Cook it for 10-20 min.
  5. Serve with idli.
