Instructions to make Sambhar:
  1. All vegetables cut properly
  2. Add lentil, turmeric powder, salt and boil it
  3. Take a pan and add kacha coconut, coriander leaves, hing and fry it
  4. Take brownish colour of fried masala
  5. For tarka take refind in A pan and heat it
  6. Add cumin and mustard seeds in it
  7. Add imli ka pani in it
  8. Then add boiled ingredients in it
  9. Fry and mash the vegetables
  10. Ready to eat
