  2. For Idli : Clean and wash samak and sabudana.drain the water and add Curd and blend Smooth paste.and add Sendha Namak.and keep a side at least 3 to 4 hour.
  3. For the Sambhar : boil vessel ful of water.add lauki, Aloo,1 tomato.cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Or till the vegetable.are completely cook.Take another pan add oil and Musterd seeds. Add sambhar Masala, And add cook vegetable 2 cup of water and boil it for 3 to 4 minutes now add Sendha Namak. And cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Turn off the flame and now ready to serve.Add lime juice.
  4. For Idli : bring water to boil in a steamer on medium flame.grease the idli palates.the idli Batter should be thick consistency.pour it in the molds.steam for 10 minutes.leave it to 2 to 3 minutes.steamer are Cool down and remove the idli.and Serve with Smabhar.
