  14. Take 1 tsp lemon juice
  15. Take 1 tsp red chilli
  16. Make ready 1 tsp garam masala
  17. Take 2 tbsp oil
  18. Take 7-8 curry leaves

Sambar is a dish in South Indian and Sri Lankan Tamil cuisines, made of toor dal and veggies, sambar masala. Steps to make Sambhar:
  1. In a wok heat oil add mustard seeds,curry leaves,dry red chilli,saute it
  2. Now mix chopped all vegetables and all spices,and cook till they become soft
  3. Now mix sambhar masala,tamarind pulp and 1 cup water
  4. Now add daal and cook by stirring so that all daal mash up with spice blend,serve with dosa and rice or idli,watever you want.
