  2. Take 100 gm beans
  3. Get 1 potato

  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp turmeric
  9. Take 1 tsp mustard seeds
  10. Get 1/2 tsp garam masala
  11. Get 2 tsp sambhar masala

Steps to make Sambhar:
  1. Peel brinjal and take a cooker add brinjal, potato, beans, arhar ki dal and gheeya and green chilli
  2. Add 2 glass of water, salt, turmeric and imli ka pulp and boil it for 5-6 whistles.
  3. Take a kadahi add 1 tbsp oil and mustard, beans and sambhar masala and red chilli powder
  4. Blend daal for 20 seconds and add it in kadahi
  5. Add garam Masala in it and it is ready to serve….
