  1. Heat oil.
  2. Add dry chilli, mustard seeds, curry leaves, urad dal.
  3. Add onion sate still cooked.
  4. Add potato, carrot, green peas, salt, turmeric powder.
  5. When all vegetables and cook
  6. Add tomato & green chilli,salt,red chilli powder.
  7. Add suji & water.
  8. Mix properly.
  9. Add tuver dal & water.
  10. Last add sambhar masala.
  11. Add water.
  12. Consistency depends on your choice.

Once you have it, you are never going to try any other. South Indian lentil stew made with vegetables and special blend of spices!
