  4. Next when rice is cook fully smash little with spatula.Next add soaked tamarind pulp by removing the waste to the veggies and then add sambhar masala and let it shimmer another 10 minutes let raw smell goes off and add this prepared sambhar to the rice mix well everything nicely
  5. Let's give tempering to the prepared sambhar rice take oil and add mustard seeds when it's start spluttering add curry leaves dried red chillies and hing and add this tempering to rice.Serve hot sambhar rice goes well for lunch or dinner. Super taste.
