  1. Take 1 bowl Toor dal (arhar Dal)
  2. Get 1 chopped bottlegourd
  3. Take 2 chopped brinzal

  6. Get 1 floret cauiflower
  7. Get 2 chopped Onions

  15. Prepare 3-4 sabut lal mirch / whole red chilli
  16. Prepare 1/2 tsp Jeera / cumin
  17. Get 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions to make Sambhar:
  1. Soak Dal 3 to 4 hour.Vegetables cut one by one and wash in clean water.
  2. Heat the oil in the pan. Add rai dana and sabut lal mirch and crackle.Add jeera and stir.Add chopped onion and cook for 1 mint.Add all dry spices, sugar and imli ka pani and cook for 5 mint.
  3. Add Dal and chopped vegetables in pressure cooker with salt. After 4 to 5 whistles off the flame.Add ready masala and cook for 15 to 20 mint. Sambhar is ready to serve with idli and dosa.
