Instructions to make Katin Sambhar:
  1. Take a bangale gram wash it nicely and soak it. Next boil it with jaggery 3 whistle & smash it well.
  2. Next step take a coconut & onion fry it on direct on flame. Next fine grand paste. Make a paste of tuminder paste.
  3. Next step take a pan add oil heat it add mustard seed, Cumin seeds, hing, curry leaves, garlic paste, onion fry it well add granded paste of onion coconut, tuminder paste fry nicely.
  4. Next step add turmeric powder salt Cumin coriander powder, gram masala,red chilli powder mix it well. Next add boiled Bengal gram with jaggery mix and boil it well enoug & serve it with rice.
