The ingredients needed to make Sambhar:
  1. Prepare 250 g arhar daal
  2. Get 2 each chopped peeled potato, onion ,tomato
  3. Take 1 floret cauliflower
  4. Prepare 1 bowl pea
  5. Prepare 2 cutted, peeled and washed carrot
  6. Get 100 imli (tamarind)
  7. Prepare 9-10 leaves curry patta
  8. Get 4 green chilli
  9. Make ready as per taste Salt, haldi and red chilli
  10. Get 2 tbsp Sambhar masala
  11. Take 2 tbsp oil
  12. Prepare 2 spoon mustard seeds

Sambar is a dish in South Indian and Sri Lankan Tamil cuisines, made of toor dal and veggies, sambar masala. Steps to make Sambhar:
  1. Boil dal, imli and vegetables separately. Put oil in kadai.Now put curry patta,mustard and red chilli in kadai.
  2. Separate seeds of imli. Now add Sambhar masala in water of imli.Now put this mixture in kadai.
  3. Mix dal vegetables and recently made mixture. Then give 2 whistle this mixture in pressure cooker.
  4. Now serve it and eat it 😋.
