  2. Take 1 brinjal chopped
  3. Prepare 1 bowl bottle gaurd chopped

  6. Prepare 1-2 chopped tomato
  7. Prepare as needed oil for cooking
  8. Make ready as needed spices salt, chilli powder, turmeric, mustard seeds, amchoor
  9. Take As needed water little
  10. Prepare to taste imli (tamarind) pulp
  11. Get as needed curry leaves

Sambar is a dish in South Indian and Sri Lankan Tamil cuisines, made of toor dal and veggies, sambar masala.   1. Boil dal and vegetable in a preasure cooker.
  2. Now mash them after boil
  3. Now take a vessel put oil heat it and put mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  4. Now add onion chopped fry golden now add tomato fry and soften them.
  5. Now add all spices
  6. Now add mash material and mix well, wait for one two boils then add imli pulp mix and off the flame, it is ready to serve.
