  8. Take 1 cup chopped carrot,cauliflower and potato

  13. Prepare 8-10 curry leaves

Steps to make Sambhar:
  1. In a pressure cooker add oil
  2. Heat it add mustard and curry leaves and chopped veggies along with spices
  3. Now add daal with enough water
  4. Cover the lid and take 2 whistle on medium.flame
  5. Cool it open lid add tamarind pulp and sambhar masala serve with dosa or idli
