  1. First put soaked dal and sambhar Masala and chopped veggies in a cooker add water and salt to taste…let it whistle 4
  2. Cooked dal
  3. Now in a pan heat oil and put aesofotedia and mustard and curry leaves
  4. Add the dal and cook for 10 minutes and add 2 tspn sugar and garnish it with chopped Coriander
  5. Serve it hot with dosa and chutney
