- Make ready 4-5 green chillies (Hari mirchain)
- Make ready 1/2 inch Ginger cut Julien(barik Kati Hui adrak)
- Make ready Fresh corainder leaves (Hara dhania)

Steps to make Keema aloo or khara masala keema:
- Take one pateeli add oil and all whole spice fry it foi 1minute then add onion.(aik pateeli lain us Mai oil add krain or saray sabit garam masalay taiz pat,Hari elaichi,sabit Kali mirch laung,darcheeni add krdain or aik mint fry krain or pyaz shamil krdain).
- Fry onion till golden brown,now add beef mince and fry mince for 2to3 minutes.(pyaz ko golden brown honay dain phr is Mai Qeema shamil KR k 2se3 mint tk bhoonain.
- Now add ginger garlic paste and red chilli powder,turmeric powder,cumin powder and bhoonify it more.(ab is Mai adrak lehsan paste or lal mirch powder,haldi powder, bhoona zeera powder shamil krlain or mzeed bhaonain.
- Now add sliced tomato (ab sliced tamater dalain or phr bhoonain).
- Then add 3tbsp yogurt.(ab sahi add krain or mzeed itna pakayn k tamater or dahi achi trha keema Mai mix hojayn).
- Now add potatoes in cubes and green chillies and mix it.(ab is Mai aloo chakor katay huye or Hari mirchain shamil krdain)
- Now cover it and cook it for 5 minutes or untill potatoes will be done.(ab iaay cover KR k itna pakayn k aloo gal jaye).
- Add all spice powder(ab garam masala powder b add krsain)
- Now dish it out add Julien ginger and fresh corainder leaves.(ab serving dish Mai nikal KR barik Kati Hui adrak or Hara dhania add krdain.)
- Taste keema aloo is ready.(Mazaydar quick keema aloo or kharay masaly ka keema tayyar hai parathay k sath serve krain.)
- Note. I add potatoes because my daughter love potatoes in keema or mince you can skip potatoes and same recipe is for khara masala keema.
Most people use beef keema but we have now switched to using chicken keema for health & convenience. Add half the remaining ginger and the whole mint leaves. Delicious spicy and flavourful mutton keema aloo masala which goes well with rice, roti, idli, dosa or with anything. This one is made using mutton keema and taste so good. I served it with some hot rice and it was delicious.
