  13. Get as needed Oil
  14. Prepare Dry tamarind

Sambar is a dish in South Indian and Sri Lankan Tamil cuisines, made of toor dal and veggies, sambar masala. Steps to make Sambhar:
  1. Peel, wash and roughly small cut all vegetables.
  2. Soak dal fir half an hr.
  3. Take a pressure cooker add oil, heat and then add jeera and rai, cracked it and then add tomato and onion cook till soft or roast.
  4. Add all masale and all vegetables.
  5. Add 4 bowl water and soaked dal bin cooker.
  6. Cook for 5 to 6 whistle.
  7. Check all vegetables are cooked well.
  8. If they are not cooked well, cook more 2 -3 whistle.
  9. Soak imli in hot water.
  10. Strain water and add into sambhar according to taste.
