Method of sambhar: Take 1/2cup tur dal in a cooker wash it in dat fill up 11/2glass water, 1tsp red chilli powder,salt,1/2tsp tamarind and jaggery pulp,1/2sliced onion, 1/2tomato, 2tsp everest sambhar masala close the lid and take atlst 4/5 whistle sambhar is cooked then open the lid blend it and then do baghaar of rai,zeera and curryleaves sambhar is ready
  5. Method of chutney: Take handful of coriander leaves,hlf coconut,1tsp zeera, 1/2tsp salt,1/2tsp ginger garlic paste,2chillies and grind it and then do baghaar of rai,zeera and curryleaves chutney is ready to eat
