  1. Heat oil. And fry ginger garlic in it. Add all vegetable and cook it till it become translucent.
  2. Later all dry spices like coriander powder, red chilli, turmeric and mix it
  3. Later add cooked dal,salt and 2 cup hot water. And boil it till you starts oil starts coming on top. When it starts boiling add amsul.
  4. Boil it for 5-10 mins. And serve it.
