  6. Take 1 teaspoon rai
  7. Get 1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala

  9. Prepare chouk ke liye:
  10. Get 4-5 tamater
  11. Make ready 1 inch ginger
  12. Take 6-7 leaves mitha neem

Steps to make Sambhar:
  1. Sabse pehle sabji or dal ko cooker me daal kar 4-5siti lage
  2. Pak jane par esme imly ka paani add karega.
  3. Ab jhouk ke liye ak pan grm karein esme oil daal kar rai dale or fir jhouk ke sara saman daal kar jhouk ready Karein.
  4. Uper se grm Masala dal kar mix Karein…..
