  2. Take 100 gms pumpkin (kaddu,luaki)

  16. Get 4 tbsp soaked tamarind water (or 2 tbsp dry mango powder)
  17. Prepare 1 1/2 tsp sambhar masala

  4. Now add sambhar masala,1tbs red chilli powder, half tsp turmeric powder, some salt mix properly then add soaked tamarind water,coconut milk, some fresh curry leaves cooked dal,half tbsp salt now cook up to 1 whistles and it's done.
  5. Now heat the frying pan add some oil then add rai and curry patta temper it over cooked sambhar.
