- Dalke tadka aane decurry leave dalein urad daal add karein and sambhar masala ko
- Tadka me add karein 2 chammach pani add karein taki masala jal na jaye
- Ab tadka ko dal me pour karein
- Coriander add karein so

- Sambhar me coconut grate karke daalein taste badh jayega.
- Coconut me dahi namak green chilli coriander or ginger daalke mixer me pees lein
- Tel ko tadka pan mein lein rai hing urad daal or kadipatta dalke tadka chutney mein dalke serve karein
