  6. Now take washed chana dal in a mixer and make thick paste don't add water, now add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt in the daal paste
  7. Mix well, now make small balls of stuffing, stuff the ball in daal mixture to make vadas, as shown in the pic
  8. Get all the vadas stuffed.
  9. Heat oil on medium flame drop vadas in hot oil, fry for 2 minutes, now slow the flame and fry the vadas till becomes golden brown.
  10. Take out vadas.
  11. Serve hot with decorating by chutney,sauce,sev.

I used varieties of daal to make it tastier, healthier & kids friendly too. Methi na dhebra (vada) are ready for serving.
