  1. Sb se phle oil mai onion ko. blkl light sa fry kr lain, dhyan rakhay k onions ka clr dark na ho jaye.
  2. Jb onions soft ho jaye, tb is mai ginger garlic paste add kr k hlka sa fry karay, sath hi tomato add kr k cook karay.
  3. Jb tomato soft ho jaye, tb salt, red chilli flakes n haldi add kr k bhoon lain.
  4. Ab daal add kr k bht thira sa pani add karay, k pani daalne k baad bhi daal ka kch hissa oper se nzr ata rahay. daal completely cover nhi krni water k sath.
  5. Phr tez heat pe cover kr k cook karay. jb water dry ho jaye or oil nikal aye. to heat bht slow kr k dm pe rkh dain. garm masala pwdr bhi daal dain.
  6. Cover kr k 5 min tk dm pe rakhay. green corriender n green chillies daal k serve karay
  7. Mazedaar fry maash daal ready hai, garlic or red chilli ki chatni, salad or kachi lassi k sath serve karay….. enjoy
