  1. Soak daal for 15 minutes before cooking.heat oil in cooker and add cumin and mustard.let it crackle.
  2. Add bay leaf,onions and saute till light brown.add ginger garlic paste and saute.
  3. Add tomatoes,turmeric,salt,red chilli powder,hing,green chilli and saute.
  4. Add kitchen king masala,coriander and mix nicely.
  5. Add soaked daal in it and mix it with masala.add 1 and 1/2glass water to it.Stir and cover the lid and cook upto 4 to 5 whistle.
  6. Now let cooker depressurize itself. Add ghee to it and mix.
  7. Transfer daal in a bowl and garnish with onion rings,green chilli and red chilli flakes.
  8. Tuvar daal tadka fry is ready to serve.
