  1. Heat oil in a wok, fry onions,buttom red chilli,zeera,garlicslice,gingar and golden brown.
  2. Add tomatoes and cook till nice and - add Turmeric powder, Red chili powder, and fry for a minute.
  3. Add boiled chana daal,salt and 1 cups of water. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Add garam masala.fresh corriander leaves, julliene ginger for garnish and cover the lid for 5 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with naan or chapati and salad.
