  1. Get 6 udad daal papads
  2. Take 1/4 katori corn flour
  3. Get to taste Salt
  4. Take 250 grams oil for deep fry
  5. Prepare 1 bowl Chana daal soaked overnight
  6. Make ready 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  7. Take 1 tsp red chilli powder
  8. Get 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  9. Make ready 1 tsp sesame seeds
  10. Make ready 1/2 tsp garam masala
  11. Take 2 tsp green coriander
  12. Take 2 tsp maida
  13. Make ready Little water to make paste to stick the rolls

  3. Add cut coriander mix well off the flame, zunaka is ready, let it cool.
  4. Now take papad,apply water with brush to make it wet, stuffed it with zunaka, stick the edges with maida paste, get all the rolls be stuffed.
  5. Take corn flour in bowl add water to make paste, dip the rolls in paste.
  6. Heat oil on medium flame then low the flame and drop the papad roll dipped in cornflour, deep fry on low flame so that it can't burn.
  7. Deep fry the rolls from both the sides till becomes brown.
  8. Now papad rolls are ready to serve, serve it with sauce.
