  2. Take 1/2 cup Masoor daal

  7. Get 1/4 cup Mash

  11. Make ready 1 tsp Kashmiri lal mirch
  12. Take 4 Bay leaf3 sa
  13. Make ready 1 tsp Cumin
  14. Prepare 2 tsp Ginget garlic paste
  15. Prepare 1 tsp Zeera powder
  16. Take 1 tsp Cumin powder
  17. Prepare Onion 2 large
  18. Take 1 tsp Garam masala powder
  19. Make ready For garnishing
  20. Get Lemon 3 sa4
  21. Make ready Ginger julienne
  22. Prepare Chat masala
  23. Take 1/2 cup Fry onion

Steps to make Haleem:
  1. Soak all the pulses & grains for 3-4 hours..
  2. In a pan add oil.. Now fry onions in it..until golden brown, - Add ginger garlic paste in it and fry for a while..
  3. Add in beef..and fry until colour change.
  4. Add salt,red chilli powder 2 tbsp - Haldee 1/2 tbsp,garam masala 1/2 tbsp - Add 4-5 cups of water and cook until beef is tender..now take out bones and fat..
  5. Shred the beef and take aside
  6. In a big pot,add all the pulses and grains.. - Add a large amount of water.. - Add salt,red chilli powder 2 tbsp, haldee 1 tsp,kashmiri mirch 1 tbsp, garam masala 1/2 tsp - Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  7. And cook until all the pulses and grains are done.. Take out bay leaves..
  8. Add beef and it's gravy..and cook for 15-20 m
  9. Ghotofy it well or u can alse blend it with hand blender.. - Once done
  10. ,serve with fried onions, lemon, chillies, ginger and chaat masala..
