  2. Now put tamarind water in it. Now put this in pressure cooker and boil it for 5 minutes.
  3. Now wash arhar dal and put it in pressure cooker and give it 5 whistles.
  4. Now mix Sambhar masala in tamarind water. Now put oil in Kadhai then put curry leaves and mustard seeds in it.
  5. Now our Sambhar is ready. Serve it in plate by decorating it with curry leaves.
